Purple Infinity was founded by Samer Halawi (bio | LinkedIn), an executive with over 33 years of experience in investment banking, aerospace, and telecommunications. Throughout his career, Samer has led startups and executed successful turnaround initiatives. Early in his career, Samer recognized that business plans often fail to align all system elements when seeking funding or introducing new capabilities, leading to destruction of equity value.
Samer believes that a comprehensive analysis and review of the end-to-end system and an alignment of those different elements is necessary to ensure business plans are robust and defendable. This unlocks opportunities for improved financial decision-making by financial institutions, as well as by Executive Management and Boards of Directors.
Moreover, Samer has observed the isolating nature of the CEO role, particularly for those in such a role for the first time, or those managing startups and turnaround situations. Having developed expertise in this area, Purple Infinity is dedicated to providing unique support to ensure CEOs succeed in their roles.
